Specializing in 3D shape processing, we demonstrate our technical strength even in high-difficulty rubber molding dies. For automotive “weatherstrip” rubber molds, we have earned high praise from major domestic and international automakers. We also handle plastic injection molding, offering consistent support from product design and mold/jig manufacturing to trial evaluations.
We perform repair and maintenance on various molds, including those made by other companies, extending mold life through optimal repairs based on degradation status. We accommodate express repairs and support during long holidays, minimizing the risk of production stoppages.
We achieve high-precision and rapid processing by utilizing 5-axis machining centers, wire-cut EDM, electrical discharge machines, and fine hole drilling machines. Through collaboration with partner companies, we handle a wide range of processing needs, including lathe processing and sheet metal fabrication, ensuring both high precision and short delivery times.
Armed with advanced technical capabilities cultivated in Japan, we operate our own production bases in five countries: China, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, and India. Collaborating locally, we respond in a one-stop manner, from consultations on overseas production to local mass production.
Utilizing high-performance 3D CAD, we realize precise mold design. Based on years of know-how, we offer design proposals that combine mass production suitability with precision, supporting improvements in quality and productivity.
Using dedicated software such as VISICAM and CAMTOOL, we efficiently create high-precision NC data. We coordinate closely with the machining site to realize high machining quality and short delivery times.
We address a wide range of needs, from general surface treatments to specialized requests. Our proprietary technology, “MS PROCESSING,” delivers improved mold releasability, reduced defects, and cost reductions. These benefits have been verified through joint research with Gifu University. Additionally, by integrating repairs and maintenance with surface treatment, we minimize interruptions to customer production.
Using the latest 3D scanning technology, we precisely digitize and restore products or molds that lack drawings or data directly from the physical object. Based on restored data, we propose performance improvements or the addition of new functions to support product development.
